Prayer
|
The Examen is a form of prayer practiced by many people, but it was made famous through the Society of Jesus who are also called the Jesuits. This method of prayer was developed by Ignatius of Loyola and is an integral part of Ignatian Spirituality. There are 3-5 movements, depending on the source you are using. I encourage to do what feels comfortable for you.
